When your sealed box method failed 2-3 times recently, do you simply return the correct items back for refund? Amazon or other company dint question you that you returned perfectly sealed wrong item?

No I kept the items. I needed them anyway so I didn't think much of it, a refund would have just been extra. Returning them would have worked in last resort though.

You may need to justify why the return was sealed to perfection as per Its factory state.

Worst consequence would be an escalation followed by an account flagging. Inconvenient but the stakes/risks are not very high considering they can charge you back.

So they issued you two labels and you used both, 1 to send the wrong and 1 to send the right item correct? I'll talk to you there.
