New to the scene, in need of advice #1
Good evening. I have a short and simple question as I am new the the SE scene. How would i go about obtaining a drop spot? I do not feel comfortable shipping packages to my address and would like to pick them up some place else. I do not have a fake ID. Of course I want to stay as anonymous as possible. Thanks!

Search for properties for sale, rent/lease or foreclosed homes.

Given It's not a personal property and the size of the building complex Is quite huge, wouldn't It be obvious It's vacant, hence It's not associated to the person accepting the goods?

If it is a small office inside of an arcade for example which is vaccant for any reason. I could wait outside the office/vaccant property and wait for the package. If question is asked "Is this your property, this looks vaccant" I could theoretically say that I do own the property but i just get packages sent here because I pass through this city for work and It is easier to pick up items on the way to a confrence/interstate business meeting/etc. I have been looking at commercial properties because where I live the housing market is horrible with an extremely small amount of homes up for rent and the transition time between tenants is very short. Just seems more risky to use residential properties for drophouses in my situation

In that case, It can be justified as opposed to a huge complex as stated In my previous post.
