Hi it’s been a bit but I happened to have my friend buy it for me to his house when I said I would order it I have now got the item and printed out the label and put it into the Amazon locker and it is boxed. Now I wait for an email or a refund

What was Amazon's response when told of the wrong Item received?

What was Amazon's response when told of the wrong Item received?

they sent a email saying to send back the item i recieved.

Of course, standard procedure. Let me know how that goes. I've never had luck with the wrong item received for Amazon myself but it has been used successful apparently.

So it’s been around 2 weeks I’ve “returned” the wrong item and now it’s been 14 days waiting on “it’s on its way” to return to Amazon I’m just waiting at this point

got my refund talked to chat and said its been three weeks since returning it
