Read this thread a while ago, thought I gave it a shot. Nothing to lose right. Ordered a ring and did an EB SE. Worked perfectly, replacement was automatically sent but I will just return that of course.

Did you pretend that the box had been opened during transportation with pictures of it ? Or did you just say that you received an empty box without sign of breaking in ?

Was there any previous purchase on your account ?
