Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @Oni

SE? or used their device? If we are just talking about their devices i recently had one of their less than flagship devices and was impressed i can only imagine what their flagship devices are like. But im pretty sure that is not the inquiry here but i would like to folllow.

Tried them a couple years ago. They were extremely frustrating to deal with and handled complaints/repairs before the SE very badly. When getting to the SE I was moved from one department to another before they simply stopped replying to my emails.
I'd put my efforts elsewhere.

Ive managed to SE 3 models from Amazon, using the DNA method. Planning on doing the same with my next phone as well.

They used to be quite easy, but as the years go by, they've gotten harder like any other company I guess. Last time I gave them a go, I managed to get past the required PR and lame form they ask for but they wouldn't budge on an ID for the refund. I took my loss but it's a new year, let's see what happens Evil

Just as a matter of Interest, how did you circumvent them?

Part of the form says that I agree that my family and I didn't sign for it so I said that doesn't apply so I won't be signing the form. For the police report, I just said I don't know for sure a crime's been committed. After a few days they got back to me saying they'll take the ID alone.

It would probably be easier to do the transaction through Amazon, as they'll refund you outright if "it didn't arrive".

You worded It very well Indeed, which helped dismiss their request for the documents.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I haven't looked into doing OnePlus in a while. From what I've heard they became exponentially harder to do after they expanded their American operations and started their partnership with T-Mobile (I think) albeit they weren't too bad still. As the years have gone on I'm sure its gotten more and more extreme.
