GIGABYTE SE RMA 04-26-2022, 09:56 AM
#1
Hi, I am in the middle of SE on GIGABYTE for a motherboard "b550 vision D-P" I have a serial number and an Amazon invoice (modified), so I explained to the support that my motherboard does not turn on no contact is made when I try to turn on my pc I have tried with various power supplies, processors and ram as a hardware enthusiast and nothing changes.
The department in charge of RMA processing in France is the RMA SPAIN, so the RMA Spain has sent me an RMA form to complete.
I will have to send my motherboard (which I do not have) what is the best method to use according to you?
I'm counting FTIDv3 but is it better to use a LIT?

They just gave me an RMA-ESA number to write down on the package with an address, I have to pay to send the package, they will refund me afterwards.
I plan to box GIGABYTE but I don't know if it's a good idea since I don't have a prepaid label?

What's the precise weight of the Item?
1,39 kg
I read the terms of use of the site there is no GTC and I can not clearly know if they are responsible for losses during transport in fact I feel they do not mention it at any time so I do not really know what to think.

for box I intend to use objects of low value that can be found in a warehouse like scotch tape, tools and other gizmos while having made a rather large opening on the cardboard and having closed it with a different scotch tape than the one I used in base.

I found something, that could be useful to you (rma.gigabyte.us).
In my opinion you can go for a FTIDv3, if you sent the parcel with UPS, DHL or Royal Mail.
Be sure you change all informations, that can link to you and don't leave blank spaces, so the don't notice anything suspicious.
If you need to pay, then i would definitly pay with cash!
for France it's the rma@spain and not the us and I used my real address my real phone number except my name where I changed 2-3 letters but honestly I don't think I really need to be 100% anonymous for an SE of this kind what do you think @
mothered
do you think they are responsible for lost or stolen packages?

I didn't see any mention of this on their website so I don't know what to think
