386 g with the smart case. That doesn't include the box.

Too heavy to box without substituting the weight of the Item.

I realize you're not confident with the boxing method, so we'll exclude It. As discussed, there's the wrong Item received and the disposed of the faulty Item method.

Would the sealed box method work?

I think i'm going to attempt boxing them. I'd need roughly 6 pounds of dry ice right? Then drop it off at an office location? How long until it starts to melt? I should probably revisit this method lesson. Haha.

I have tried the disposed of faulty item method a few times, and it never seems to work. I had it work one time, but then someone asked for pictures of the fallout, doctors notes, etc. I figured they'd want to avoid a potential lawsuit but they went hard asking for evidence and proof lol.

As per below, doesn't the Item weigh 386 grams?

Wherever the drop off location Is.

Dry Ice doesn't melt.

It sublimates, meaning It turns from Its solid form of carbon dioxide to gas. The time taken, depends on atmospheric conditions.

Just an update, I received a refund today. I had a fedex label, scanned it, then let it sit for a few hours. Then it was scanned delivered, and almost instant refund from Apple. 🤷‍♂️

So, success? Hoping at least.
