Hello guys i did a ref for a gpu 840eur and used DNA the Carrier was UPS and after i recieved the money for refund succesfully done , the UPS on my country called me and ask me to confirm that i didnt recieved the GPU , they need my confirmation to start a investigation what should i do ?

If UPS require confirmation for nonreceipt of goods, tell them to deal directly with Amazon.

Sound wird that they will call me regard to my product missing and I was suppose to do " I dont care what you told to me just speak with amazon " he call me directly for confirmation.
