If it's the same pairs, probably. If it's just 2 different pairs, there's no way to tell. For example, I ordered 2 tracksuits, they were shipped separately.

Yes, they tend to slack off with their replies, which Is why It's good practice to get In contact and see where the claim stands.

After yesterday I have pushed them to do their job and put a litlle pressure at them, today I have recieved an email that I will be refunded.
So this was 2nd new acc with a little difference in the name, the card I have paid with was mine but from differenet bank. Different IP too. I thought that maybe because I putted the same number they could do some problem if they have search engine by p. numbers, no matter that I have deleted the 1st new acc.

After all everything is fine. Thank you guys!
