I just purchased a Macbook cover from the website Mous.de with the weight of the item being 600g
This is my third purchase so my account should be legit enough (First purchase =46 € 2nd purchase = 39 € and 3th =€99,95)
I paid with paypal and its arriving with DHL Express so requries signature.

Im very unsure of which method im supposed to use, so what do you guys recommend?

If its DHL they'll probably just leave the package and not even make you sign for it but if they do make you sign for the package just use a fake name.

A signature Is a useless form of delivery confirmation.

Be sure to obviously fake sign It, but with a name that's somewhat legible. As such, when It's checked, It will not correspond with yours hence "you" did not sign for the delivery.

There's also the wrong Item received and the sealed box method to choose from.

I just got the package but had to collect it from packing box because i wasnt home when the delievred it.
what do i do now?
i assume the dna method is out of the question

Was a copy of your ID taken at the time of collection, or did they purely view It and hand over the package?

No.

600 grams Is too heavy for the EB/missing Item method, namely If an Investigation Is opened and the weight Is cross-checked with the carrier.
