Yes, its work for EU but we are addicted to one courier - UPS. I don't really get it why there aren't other courier options like DHL, FEDEX.

Never hat to file an PR, if that whats your asking.
For Tommy Hilfiger i used PEB/Missing item and it was one of the easiest se, almost instant refund. (New acc)
