I have an account that’s 4 years old with 4 orders on JD sports, I have placed an order for £160. after finding out they are responsible for loss of goods, I would like to attempt a DNA however they have a really good fraud team and it is really hard to get a refund. Saying this, Hermes are delivering and they are shit at it, also all 200+ houses on my street look identical so I could claim it was delivered to another house. Would the DNA work?
