Neat, doesn't look like you can register.  Says it's being updated but the community hasn't been used in over 10 months lol that's strange.

They have disabled registration since more than 10 months ago, going 2 years now. For calls, I would suggest getting a Revolut Card for at least 20 bucks or something and use Voip.Ms where you can still spoof your phone number. $20 gets you around 33 hours of call time in the Continental US.

Got a single number, but even if I had multiple, I can only count on a single delivery address and, even worse, a single billing address that shows up on every CC/VCC  so I'm kinda stumped on that

A lot of these VCC companies will let you change your address.  Also if your orders are typically under $500, you can get a prepaid and set/edit the address too. As for delivery, you can give the lockers a try or find a drop nearby .

Revolut is fine, i use it for every Se and i haven't any problems also changing every single detail.
For the european privacy laws, Amazon can't know the real user behind the VCC and the only possible way to find it is with a police investigation.
If you SE correctly, is very very difficult to trigger it.

Burnerapp is keeping logs of everything including name, e-mail, address, phone number, GPS, phone identifiers, etc. "for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law."

This is a list of the info they are keeping indefinitely, which they claim not to give to 3rd parties.
