My goodness, I don't believe what I'm reading.

Amazon has picked, packed, Invoiced your order and delivered It using their carrier service, yet they're asking "you" for the order number and the Item value, as well as the tracking number and their carrier partner. All of which, Is solely related to the way they processed the shipment, and then stored It In their Internal records. Try and make sense of that.

I'm very eager to see what they'll reply with.

Please update me.

You're most welcome.

This is completely ludicrous and I feel like I am only dealing with crazy reps.
They are now treating like a DNA when I always claimed EB.
I have, once again, reminded them that I have received the package and it was empty.

Regarding the police report they’re saying it’s not completed when it’s clearly completed and signed by the police officer.
They question its completion but they didn’t even bother to double-check it by calling the police station.
They also insist in writing in Spanish when all my communications have been in English (and I keep asking for them to answer me in English)

I have asked them to escalate my claim to someone who can actually look into in and not send me around in circles to the police station.

I know it’s their goal to make me lose my mind but it’s starting to be too much.

In what respect do they believe It's Incomplete?

Be sure to mention this when the claim has been escalated.

Express your frustration at how you've been mistreated.

Good move.

In a rough translation from Spanish they say: “We have verified the Police Report that you sent us and it has not been validated, we ask you to send us the valid document with visible seals and signatures”

I don’t know what they mean by “validated” since it has two signatures by the police officer, a qr code, a process number and in no place it states it’s not closed.
I think it’s just not one they’re familiar with but that’s not my problem. There’s 3 police forces in my country of residence and you can file this type of complaints in all of them.
I’ll try to keep level-headed but it’s seriously frustrating to deal with this sort of incompetence.

Tell them It's the correct format, namely because It's the original report that was handed to you by the police officer.

If they still fail to use common sense, ask them to contact the station and get a copy sent via email/fax.

They’ve replied, finally in English saying:

Quote: Allow me to tell you, the Police Report that you sent us was reviewed by the superior department, which informs us that the document has inconsistencies and that for that reason it could not be validated, we ask you to send us the document again so that each part of it can be seen in a clear way to verify it again, we are here to serve you.

They continue to be vague on what inconsistencies they’ve found.
Nevertheless I’ve rescanned the PR and sent them, emphasising my discontent with all the time-wasting.
Hopefully we’ll get a move from here on.

Ridiculous.

The least they can do, Is be specific with the type(s) of Inconsistencies that need to be addressed. It's not hard to use a little common sense. At any rate, we shall await their reply.

I’m still waiting on a reply, tomorrow I’ll pressure them again.

As a backup plan, do you think it’s viable to process a normal return and then use the sealed box method? Replacing the Watch with a knockoff model.
Will that raise extra suspicion or their departments don’t communicate between themselves?
Thanks again

Doesn’t this clearly show they don’t check police reports?

Did you do this on a fresh Amazon account or ?

Yes, do exactly that.

After what they've put you through, they deserve to be hammered.

Simply say you've received the same one as a gift.

If It was a legit return, there'd be minimal complications, If any at all.

Records are stored of every communication and claim.

Whether they refer to previous and/or current details, remains to be seen.
