Ive just realised mate, your SE failed because you put the new fake seal ontop of the old seal and you felt that it wasnt noticeable, but it was.

I don't think he did it. His description shows that he was very accurate, so I suspect that he would not have made such a mistake. Let’s wait for the thread’s author.

" I opened the package from the bottom and then resealed it from the inside with double sided tape. The packing material was on top so you could not see it. However, maybe they did see it when opening the box and it made them suspicious so they checked the return thourougly "
he put new seal on top of the old one, probably when they picked it up they felt something wrong with the sticker, and thats where they unsealed it check it and confirmed that it was double taped.

Not so much when there's absolutely no signs of tampering nor any Inconsistencies with a sealed box.

I am very curious which methods these all refunding guys using. They earn money on that, they don’t need old accounts with good purchase history, the limits so high sometimes. I don’t get it.

I just talked to an agent on the live chat just to ask if I could use the same qr code for the return label again. He didn't quite understand and asked me if I sent back the phone. I gave him some vague answers (I said I did send the box, which I did obviously). He then contacted the warehouse and they said they'll investigate. He told them that I did in fact sent back the phone and asked them for a refund.
He also asked them to send back the wrong item I had sent, which makes no sense because then I obviously did not sent back the phone.
Apparently another investigation will take place (3 business days) and the agent will make an "exception" and keep the case.
I didn't even plan to SE them.
