Ordered 1 pair of glasses and from a previous commenter on the forum, told the rep that my glasses were blurry. Didn't end up offering me a refund (only replacement) until I would return the glasses. I tried DNA after that, switching customer reps, and nothing works. How can I proceed? I am thinking about doing LIT/FTID but I'm not sure how. I really don't want to pay.

Records are kept of every claim, hence the rep you spoke to, would've referred to previous/current notes.

I'm sorry, but what does 'box them' mean? I was thinking of just sending my old pair of glasses. Appreciate your help

Return the box without the glasses and make It look as though the package was tampered with during transit, hence someone (seemingly) stole the Item before the company received It.
