Sorry for the lack of updates I had a really busy weekend and didnt have the time or didnt think of it because I had other stuff to do. I will now send them a Mail and report back when I get any reply by them

Alright good to know. Should I give them more time? I got an automated response by them after I send them that it will take longer than usual. Or should I write them another message
