Apple iPhone13 Refund

Hello i bought a iPhone 13 from Apple, im from Portugal, any tips? I was looking at iPhone 13 apple refund methods and people recommended DNA, Empty Box and FTID, im thinking of doing DNA and if needed fake signature, any recommendation?

EDIT: It requires signature and it's DHL who is shipping

What do you mean by verification? If it's an OTP you can't DNA it.

Then you're obviously good to go with the DNA.

Alternatively, the sealed box method Is well-suited.

The delivery guy gave me the product and didn't even ask signature, he asked if it was me i said yes and he left

If he literally handed you the parcel and took no pictures or anything of you receiving the parcel with your door open/in your house then its perfect DNA material.

Yes i know it's perfect for DNA, im just wondering when should i contact them, i already got a txt message on my phone saying it's delivered should i contact them when?

I would give it a few hours until maybe towards end of day, that's what I like to do.

Then mention that you just noticed the text saying it had been delivered but you have not had anything delivered to you. You have checked with neighbours etc. and nothing has been delivered there either
