Hey guys,

Just a quick one, looking to SE a IPad from VERY via their buy now pay later.

I have a good upstanding with the site (£1000+ legit non refunded orders)

What would be the best way of SEing a refund? I would contact via phone as always better to portray frustration / "genuine" emotion.

Given It's not purchased upfront, check their terms to see whether you're eligible for a full refund.

Also, do note that they have CCTV cameras In operation.
