I didnt understand what you problem is but I assume you didnt get a PrePaid Label. I asked one of my customers to send me their label and for the first time yesterday I got a label that was not PrePaid. I logged into his/her account, chatted up amazon and simply requested a pre-paid label which they immediately provided and even gave me the option of choosing the carrier.

Try this, cancel your return and see if you get the right shipping option. If it remains the same contact customer support and explain you are not home to meet the UPS Pick Up as you are never home during business hours due to the nature of your work. Also mention you live alone and therefore no one else could receive the courier. Therefore the best solution to you would be a pre paid label.

When you contact them dont bombard them first with all these information, kindly request a pre paid label and only explain your reasoning if they try denying it to you. Never talk more than you have to.

Hey bro still need help with this? What you gotta do is pay for a UPS insider. All they need is your tracking number and they can make the tracking say delivered instantly. They are expensive though $70+. Let me know if you need more info

The issue is that amazon is only allowing him to do a UPS pickup where they pickup the package. The ftid wont work since he doesnt have a label and only a tracking number. There are UPS insiders who can make the tracking say delivered but if you dont want to pay for that it looks like your only option is boxing.

you gotta pay for a ups insider,they will mark the tracking as delivered and even add a custom scan. check cracking/hacking forums for them
