Amzn Warning iNotice Policy #1
Whats the usual strategy to have your account removed from the flagged list for high number of SE's after receiving a warning?

How many orders, months, dollars etc. before continuing with SE's ?

Your account will be monitored for an unknown period of time.

Give It a break for a while.

Then to play It safe and put simply, perform a number of legit purchases, and hit the next SE (with a low value Item) after 7-8 weeks. Use a totally different method to the last one, and don't always opt for a refund - add replacements In between.

Repeat the entire process and gradually Increase the Item value with each subsequent SE.

Do they take accounts off the flagged list? I've found that once you're there, it's permanent unless you can successfully appeal it.

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @Oni

That's what I'm referring to with this:

So is there a point building the account back up (legit purchases, small SE's, etc.)? Or just starting a new one?

I've appealed a few accounts, they'll either say it wasn't a mistake or it was and leave it flagged lol.
I think there is, but you can't repeat the same patterns. If you've only done refunds for high value items with one method, they'll see that in your history and decline your claims moving forward. In the past I personally preferred to start new ones on the side and continue using 1 so usually I had 2 active accounts going.

The account can slowly gain credibility but given records are stored of every flagged account, all It takes Is one or two suspicious events, and It may well be closed without warning.
