I've dealt with many closed PayPal accounts but I've never known them to close an account over 1 issue. They may lock it, but with the option of sending docs to verify you and allow you to use it. How old is the account? Have you emailed the higher end support team? It's been forever since I had to so I don't even know if it's still active/if they still have one, but it was to appeal account closures basically.

In the past i got 1 paypal account blocked with only email, phone and password. I changed the ip, full name, email, phone and password to a new account and all was working. I did have $20 in funds which it was lost.

however the guy on the phone said they examined my account, and its now gone with no chance to appeal.

Ask him to provide evidence of where It states In their terms, that an appeal cannot be made with account closures.

No I havent yet I called the support twice and after being "passed around" a few times to different people there one guy said that the case was pretty clear and I could only send a formal letter to Paypal Luxemburg or sth.
It was my private Paypal account and I had it since 2016 tho I'm active since 2019ish maybe..
But thanks I will try to look for an Email Adress from the support any Advice on what I should write them?

I did appeal the first Email in which they first told me that my account will be closed after that I received another E-Mail saying they looked into my account and it will be closed with no chance to Appeal but I will maybe write that in a Mail to them? I understand that, but given they've said you cannot appeal their decision, It must be stated In their terms and not based at their discretion.

Just because they've stated no further action can be taken on your end, It doesn't necessarily mean It's true and correct. That's why I've suggested to ask them to provide a snippet of their terms that clearly states the appeal cannot take place.

Absolutely.

They've said your account was assessed and closed without the opportunity to appeal, which Is certainly not good enough. Evidence must be provided that fully supports their decisions.

Alright I will write them today or tomorrow and return here with any updates I get from them. Im just a bit scared of any legal trouble if I continue to fight them

You'll be fine.

You're solely appealing your account closure, and not the events of the claim Itself.

You should write to them and see if another support agent can help.

Records are logged of all communications, hence another rep/agent will most likely refer to previous notes.

Just explain the situation, you had 1 issue, and that's all, they should be able to cut you some slack.
