I got this amazon mail a few month ago on my acc and since then didnt touched it.
did Ftid a few times.

We recently reviewed your Amazon.com customer account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds and replacements for your orders.
We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. In these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued.

open new one and built it for a few month, and i did one ftid one it.
now i got this one on the new acc:

are both of the accounts dead? i got plenty of real orders, and i want to preform last ftid before quiting SE.
do you think i can make it? 2300 USD macbook.

Amazon AFS works with lots of criterias, it happens a lot that accounts get banned. Trying to get it unbanned will cost a lot time. Make a new account with clean ip/socks and act like a real user. For a 2k macbook u just need 3-6 orders on a real adress (mark them as a present). Then order you refund order on a locker

I believe they'll still issue you refunds/replacement but they'll always require a police report moving forward(for lost packages at least*).

Edit: So the FTIDs worked eh? I've been seeing mixed reviews on the method.

Not yet.

Your accounts have been flagged and If your activity remains unchanged, they'll be closed.

First get your legit orders sorted out, then do as you please.

I've just read your post again, and I Initially misinterpreted It - I thought you had legit orders pending, which Is not the case.

You can certainly try, but given your account has been flagged, there's a high chance the claim will be thoroughly assessed and lead to a failed outcome.

Amazon are exceptionally good at detecting multi-accounting, so here's my non-exhaustive list that will suffice your needs. Apply what's relevant to your environment.

• Change of full name (family & given name)
  
• Change of date of birth (where applicable)
  
• Change of full residential address. If need be, use a drop
  
• Change of email address (no need to explain this!)
  
• Change of phone number (new SIM on a fake account or a Burner service)
  
• Navigate via a VPN (NordVPN, IPVanish, ExpressVPN will suffice)
  
• Use a different device (one that was NEVER used with previous accounts)
  
• Change your MAC address (this free tool does an excellent job).
  
• Change of HWID
  
• Use a VCC- Virtual Credit Card
  
• Use a GC- Gift Card (an alternative to a virtual credit card)
  
• Use a different password (nothing similar to the old account)
  
• Navigate via a private search engine (prevent your online behavior being tracked)
