My Zalando parcel (£935) is on the way. They have made it clear that they will need to take a picture of the parcel in an open door way. Are both the DNA and Wrong Item method still viable options?

Rearrange the doorway prior to the delivery, and put everything back to normal after the driver leaves.

As such, the photographic evidence with not match your current/original layout, hence It gives the Impression that It's not your home In the photo.

You'll be purely claiming the package did not arrive, hence the weight Is not relevant to the DNA method.

Whether It weighs 100 grams or 100 kg, makes no difference whatsoever.

He can take 100 photos If he likes, It still doesn't change the fact that It was left unattended at your doorstep.

Thankyou. Once its left outside its basically guaranteed unless they are just a company who don't do refunds often e.g. HP

It's more to the fact that It was left unattended (for example) at the doorstep and someone stole It, hence you did not personally receive It.
