So i ordered some clothes and the courier signed the package himself so i m thinking of DNAing how should how can i convince the rep it wasn't my signature?

If they open an Investigation and mention/query the signature, send a copy of yours. The mismatch of both signatures, speaks for Itself.

they will investigate and also mentioned something about signing some papers that i didn't received the package.
is this affidavit papers?

It could be a stat dec, denial of receipt form, an Internal company document and the list goes on. Do you have the document with you, or they haven't sent It as yet?
