Planning my future DNA #1
Hello to all users of Sinister!

I'm planning DNA for "about you".

I havent found much information about this company but I think it will work.

The order is $600. A little more that 10 items.  It's all t-shirts and sweatshirts.

My plan is this:

When they ring the bell, a secondary person will open it and inform him that she is going down to get the package (it is an edifice).

They will be found at the entrance and she will be identified with a random id number.  It shouldn't ask for a signature, but that's not a problem.

The next day, I will call asking for my order that appears delivered.

I'll be an older man who just wanted to give his son a birthday surprise and now he has that problem.

They will see that the receiver name does not match.  In addition, if this is investigated, they will see that it was delivered in a common area of the edifice.

For greater success, say that it is a public company, where nobody loses their job or you have a great responsibility.

Every month they will collect their salary no matter what happens.

I imagine that there is the possibility that they request a police report.

In this case I suppose it would aborts the SE by returning the merchandise

Any additional recommendations or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I'll summarize It for you In 3 lines.
  • Sign with a fake signature.
  • Contact the company the next day saying you're still waiting for the package to arrive.
  • The next course of action (If any), will be based on their reply.

Not at all.

A PR Is simply required for administration purposes to move forward with the claim.

Hi! Thanks for your reply.

I have received the order today.

Next business day (Monday) i will make the call.

I have two options for the call.

A: Ask where my package is, that it hasn't arrived yet

B: I ask where my package is since I have seen that it was delivered on Friday and neither I nor my neighbors have anything.

In both options I will say that it is for my son's birthday present.

As additional information about the delivery say that everything happened as planned.

The person received it in the common area. He was only asked for his ID number (without signature) and he went to the street with the package.

Don't give any more Information than you have to.

Simply say you're still waiting for the package to arrive. The next course of action, will be based on their reply.

UPDATE:

I called. I was served by a man. I have told him that I would like to know the status of my order because I think it should have arrived.

He checked it and told me it appears delivered.

I told him that it couldn't be possible, that I don't have it.

He told me that the delivery note was in my name (If it is true, it is a lie from the transport company).

He told me that it would be necessary to open an investigation and possibly the signing of a legal document.

He told me that he will send me the delivery note by mail to verify the data it and if my problem continues, he will open the investigation.

While I was writing this message, he has already sent it to me.

I can see a clearly invented signature by the delivery man and the id number that was given on delivery.

Now I will have to answer that email keeping my version.

I am concerned about the legal document and the name of the sender of the order because I cannot identify myself with it because it is not my real name.

I think the resolution may take at least a week, although I don't care as long as the result is positive.

I will reply to the email first thing tomorrow in the morning "after having made sure that no one around me had it".

The delivery man forged your signature? That should be helpful with your SE. Best of luck!

Thanks for your reply!

In my country it is a common practice. They only write down your id number and your name.

For the signature many times they invent a doodle.

I'm trying to establish whether It Is In fact a legal document.

What type Is It? An affidavit, denial of receipt form, stat dec?

He didn't make it clear during the call.

I guess I'll know soon, but anyway, is there a red line that you don't recommend crossing?
All the facts described are merely fictitious and for literary purposes

If It's an affidavit, I always suggest to not put pen to paper.

It may well only be required to move forward with the claim, but the nature of the document can lead to further action by the company.
