Alright so at first I wasn't thinking of SE'ing the airpods I recently ordered but now that they have arrived yesterday it seems silly not to give it a try given the low weight of the airpods, it makes it an easy target to SE.

So my plan was to contact live chat and tell them the box is empty, with a backup plan of boxing them (empty box) if they act difficult. The airpods are ordered from target, does anyone know they have CCTV or if the empty box method works with them?

If not, DNA is always an option I guess.

CCTV Is Irrelevant.

You're claiming the AirPods were missing when opening the box, which the cameras will obviously not detect Its contents.

Which carrier will be servicing the delivery, and what type of verification (If any) will be required on receipt of goods?

Ah okay, I thought I had to say there was no box at all, instead of simply that the Airpods themselves are missing.

FedEx does the delivery, there was no signature needed the package was left in the mailroom.

Alright, that shouldn't be so hard to do of course. I think my first pair of Airpods I said the entire box was missing so that works as well haha.

Secondly, yes everyone in the house has access, and like I told you in my other thread, there have been a lot of missing packages lately (someway somehow I have no clue)

Yes, depending on whom you speak with, the entire goods can be claimed as missing.

I've got an exceptional memory, but not good enough to remember the content of thousands of posts I've replied to. Now that you've mentioned It, I do recall the event of missing packages. 

Under the circumstances and as you're aware, the DNA can certainly be used.
