Hey guys
does anybody have a good idea for a "wrong item" to exchange for a macbook air?
When researching on amazon (de), information on things like weight seems not very accurate. A way to find reliable data would also help
Thank you!

Is there a particular reason you prefer this method over DNA? I've seen many cases of aged accnts being approved for DNA claims on laptops

Printing/copier paper - A4 or otherwise.
Order the quantity according to the weight of the MacBook and If need be, fine-tune It by adding/removing sheets.

You've probably chosen one of the most complicated methods out there.
Why didn't u use something as simple as a missing item? Like tell them the charger and accessories arrived but the actual MacBook is missing. I know it works very well for laptops.

Ohh I didn't consider that. Somebody suggested the missing item method for smaller electronics on different forums, so I thought this could also work for a laptop.
I honestly thought Mackbook Air weights less lol, it looks so thin.

No problem at all.
On the grounds an Investigation Is opened, the EB/missing Item method heavily relies on the Item weight for Its success - no more than 120 grams.
