so i contaced them through chat and this was the final message:

'Ok thank you. I will raise this now with our dedicated team since there is a signature required upon delivery. They will open an investigation with DHL and request proof of delivery along with GPS location when the delivery was made. Please could you confirm your contact number so that we can follow up with you.'

GPS doesn't really prove anything, multiple things could of happened. Driver stopped around your address and signed it, went to a neighbours by mistake.

It only confirms delivery to an "address", and not to a "person". The driver (for example) could've dumped It at the external boundary of your home, signed for It himself, and continued with his delivery run. I've seen It happen on many occasions with DHL & FedEx.

SE was successful. My PayPal record is impeccable (I also use PayPal credit and pay it of instantly to build credit score). Surprising PayPal gave them 3 days to respond which was obviously never gonna happen.

MR porter is dodgy as they’re quite meticulous and DHL in my experience is one of the harder couriers to deal with where I am.

and i already dealed personally with him recently so he remember me and my address
