Hey guys, I'm new to SE and was thinking about getting a 3070 off of Amazon.de (I'm German). I imagine DNA is probably best fit for this because I'm like 90% sure they'll just leave it outside my apartment. So since this is my absolute first SE from Amazon, is there any advice you guys could offer (e.g. if Amazon dealer matters, or if dispatched by Amazon is more favorable)?
Also for context my account has a few purchases over the past year and absolutely no refunds, do you guys know how much it's age effects the success rate?

A mature/aged account without any unusual spending patterns and returns/refunds, does not attract attention as opposed to one that's been freshly created.

That would be super helpful because I can't find any 3070s sold / shipped by Amazon...

Simply make a general enquiry (not from your own account), as though you're a concerned customer wanting to make sure the package will be safely delivered.

Then ask how the consignment will be verified on receipt of goods.

Search for your Item on Amazon and then In the left pane under "Seller", check the box that relates to the Amazon domain In your region. For example, amazon.com. amazon.de and so on. The search results will refresh and display Items that're sold and shipped by Amazon.

I doubt OTP is required, as all other computer parts I've ordered before (on family accounts) had not required it.
But it's certainly better to be safe than sorry.

Also on a side note: Is there a price limit where it is certain that a DNA will lead to an investigation? And what exactly do investigations entail?

Due to the nature of the DNA, It tends to trigger Investigations more often than not, Irrespective of Item value.

Just so you know, at least on amazon.it, if the delivery requires an OTP it's clearly marked on the checkout page, in a yellow-bordered warning box

I think it's safe to say that if you don't get that warning then you're in the clear, feel free to try dropping a GPU in an amazon.it cart and see the warning for yourself during the checkout process so you'll know what I'm talking about
