I want to try to DNA this first time buying from Neiman Marcus. I cant find any info on how Neiman reacts to packages not arriving so i came here. Any help?

What type of verification (If any) will be required on delivery?

Also, check whether they're responsible for loss of goods during shipment.

I personally have done one. They used FedEx and when you contacted them they’ll file a claim with FedEx and when it’s approved they’ll refund you. If claim not approved you won’t be refunded

FedEx servicing the delivery says It all - not too difficult to deal with when hitting the DNA.

how much was your refund and did you contact neiman marcus or fedex saying your package didnt arrive? Did you sign for it also?
