Okay they told me that a neighbour of mine accepted the package for us.
Can anything happen to him? If I keep saying its not there?

It's not good practice to get the neighbour Involved.

When you're claiming one thing (It didn't arrive) and he's confirmed receipt of goods, It will significantly complicate matters, both on a social engineering and personal level.

I did this with Shein:
I said I hadn't received the package.
Then they sent the POD signature (which I signed (real signature)) and they asked if It was me who signed.
I just said I didn't sign it and a few days later they refunded it.
This was just my experience

Quick update on my SE:
They have send me a picture who of my neighbors accepted the package.
I just told them I didn't got it because it was left in the front floor of this big 12 family house. and there was a fake signature I guess from the delivery driver.
They accepted and told me I will get the refund and I don't have to worry about anything else.

I just hope that the neighbours will get away too lol.

They only have a picture of the signature.
And on this signature you couldn't see any letter. Just a straight line as signature.
