I am looking into an SE for AmericanEagle.com, I have noticed several refunding services offer this store for quite a bit of money but I’m looking into doing a smaller order myself. I want to get about 10 items with a value of about 300 USD and am planning on hopefully doing a DNA, I have a decent amount of confidence going into this after pulling a few clothing SE’s before but mostly for 3-5 items and about 200 dollar max, I have used methods related to contamination (blood/flour on the clothes) but have yet to run a DNA of this size. If the clothing comes in multiple shipments wht is the best way to go about this? I would like to order an assortment of clothes ranging from Jeans to underwear and have looked into their company policy of being responsible for the items until the customer receives them so I would be good there. I would also not be opposed to paying for some of the items and doing a partial DNA if they arrive separate but obviously would much rather get the whole order refunded. Hoping one of you great SE’ers have some experience with orders of this size and can point me in the right direction. Any an all advice is greatly appreciated.

If the clothing comes in multiple shipments wht is the best way to go about this?

If you're planning to SE each consignment, the DNA Is your only option, however It will raise suspicion hitting multiple DNAs on the same order.

I haven’t ordered yet. Was trying to plan it out first. If it’s more than two shipments would you recommend not doing DNA

Only If they arrive at the same time from the same driver and signed as a single consignment.

So now 13 of the 15 items arrived in one package a day earlier than expected, does this set up for the perfect DNA and how long should I wait before reaching out?

As long as they've arrived In the same package on the one shipment, you're good to go with the DNA.

The day after the delivery.

For anyone wondering I did go on the chat support option and claim DNA on 13/15 items that got delivered together, this has to be escalated to a higher party since “it was over $100 USD” but surprisingly the rep just refunded one of the other items in the order for no reason without being asked, this may end up better than expected. The way my rep refunded me with ease makes me think any order under 100 is pretty much 100% instant on a DNA claim. Will update as my case develops

Good news everyone, woke up this morning to a beautiful email,
“We apologize for any issues experienced with your order, and have issued a refund for any non-received item(s). Unfortunately, the item(s) cannot be reshipped without creating a new order, since you would need to make a new purchase, and we do not keep payment information. “
I am not sure if this outcome came about due to the fact I ordered an item with the “order now only 2 left in stock” option or just because that’s how they handle DNA’s but either way no further contact was required after my initial live chat. Onto the next store!
