FTID on amazon , please help me ...

HI,

I have paid someone to do FTID for me, now he is telling me to bug amazon cs after a week or so for refund, my question is , is this going to work?
or should I use a different method?

The usual waiting time to contact Amazon and request a refund Is 14 days.

my mistake then, i should've paid someone else to do the SE with different method Sad

now I am stuck with this, is there any chance that I can change my method now?

It's pretty difficult to reverse a claim that's still In progress, as well as after It's been assessed.

What exactly did the SE Involve?

Which kind of FTID did u use? just wait after delivered 14 days to claim the refund.

they guy said he is going to do the boxing and drop it off at hermes collection point, then next day he sent me the drop off receipt , when the hermes guy came to collect, I told him I dropped it off..

i told amazon rep the same thing as well
