Hello, I did DNA on a 1900 euro PC. I used an account with no previous refunds and around 10 previous order for around 400 euro in total. I wasn't sure if I was going to get an OTP, but if so I'd have just normally returned the PC. I ordered it with Prime delivery and the delivery was delayed by 1 day. If you have any question leave them here.

What do you mean? I called amazon support after 1 hour of the delivery and told them that I didn't receive the package. They said that they would contact the delivery company and I called them back after 3 days and got the refund.

Im very new and want to start doing refunds, any chance can help me out? Im baffled and Im new to the site so dunno how to even make a post lol thank you anyone who replies
