Hey, i need help. I tried dna with a shitty refunder, ups contacted me and asked through the phone if i got the package and i said no. After that the person that delivered it (the ups driver) called me personally, and he had evidence, so he came to my house and made me sign the agreement that it was delivered. So, can I at least get a partial refund if i say one of the items are missing? i

The problem was that one of the family members took it and had no idea that shouldn't of happened, he has a picture of the package at my doorstep. I signed it in panic, didn't know what to do because i was powerless

I strongly recommend for the next time not to talk with the driver. If they call you from an unknown number and they start asking you if you received the package, simply say that you want them to speak to you from the company number and not from a personal number and preferably by mail (if the calls make you uncomfortable). Gently cut the call.
On the other hand, I would not try the missing item method. Saying that the package did not arrive when it actually arrived and then saying that an item was missing is at least suspicious. I would rather try making DNA with another address or with another store. The items you bought now can be returned for the money.

I had the same thing happen with me where a refund went wrong and I had the DPD driver coming to my house at like 10 pm after hours with all this paperwork trying to prove the item was delivered with GPS and photos etc. I just subtly claimed harassment on them and they eased off and the refund eventually went through, But I have never done a refund with DPD every again as where I stay I have the same DPD delivery driver everytime without fail and I am not dealing with that shit again haha
