Hi all, I’ve ordered from Victoria’s Secret and am looking to do a DNA. It’s around £300, any advice? I’ve heard they instant refund through live chat but I’m scared they’ll open an investigation (not the biggest fan of them lmfao). Thanks for any help <3

It depends on how it arrives. If it's UK its likely it will come with royal mail track and sign or hermes. Even though the drivers are required to sign because of the pandemic they have been lenient with them so if you do not answer they will probably sign it themselves or leave it unsigned. Which then it's basically DNA.

If it arrives you could try for partial refund (many methods, blood, only some items, riped clothes etc...)

Or could try returning it (in the uk they weight most parcels so just make aure the weight matches) usually they refund straight away withour checking contents. (However, this almost guardantees an investigation)

I ordered around 12 items so eb/peb is out of the question as I’d ideally like to be refunded the whole amount. I did buy a perfume with it so could potentially say it smashed and soaked all the clothes. It’s coming with Hermes, my postman usually leaves it outside my door when I’m out so hoping for a smooth DNA!

Under the circumstances, photographic evidence Is useless.

He can take 100 photos If he likes, but It still doesn't change the fact that It was dumped at your doorstep and anyone could've stolen It In your absence. In answer to your question, hit the DNA.

If It's thrown around In transit, glass Is susceptible to breakage, regardless of Its packaging.

Perfect, thanks! And yeah it would work if I was looking to get a refund on the perfume only, but since the mailer was plastic it wouldn’t be able to leak through. I’m just about to contact them; I hope it goes well
