issue with laptops is that they are relatively heavy, compared to say an apple watch which isnt and you can easily do an empty box claim or just return it but without the actual watch, and you should get a refund since the weight is negligible. The rest of the watch isnt too expensive,

ive spoken to them, they are saying they contacted the courier to start an investigation, for DNA

i told them i personally havent received it, and im telling the truth, so why are they so difficult to deal with? i read that you can just send the box back empty, or with an item of the same weight and you instantly get a refund since paypal works via tracking,

It's typical for the DNA to trigger an Investigation.

It's not a certainty, but they may also request to file a police report. Please reply when you receive their response.

Tracking has no Impact on the outcome of an Investigation. If there was reason to decline your claim, It would've been already done. 

The majority of DNAs that result In a successful outcome, are tracked consignments.
