Item delivered by courier on 8th Oct without warning
Notification from courier 13th Oct stating item delivered
Courier website tracking service states item was delivered on 8th
Amzn estimated delivery date still 28th Oct

Has you can see it's been a shit show so far.
I'll be claiming DNA

Do I:
A.
- Contact amzn today outlining I received a notification from courier today that the item has been delivered
- upon checking the tracking number it states item was delivered 8th (5 days ago)
- amzn website states estimated delivery for 28th Oct
- and now I'm confused as their is no package and mixed messaged

B:
- wait for the 28th or amzn website to be updated before contacting

I would wait till the 28th and if amzn still hasn't updated, say it never arrived, but when you checked the courier, it was delivered at the beginning of the month, but don't say you checked the courier until the 28th
