Just curious has anyone been sort of muted by ebay when messaging people about SNs etc? Messaged around 10 people and have not had one response in 3 days, find it a bit odd.
If so, any way around this? Made a new account yet still same thing. Cheers

Ive been messaging a lot of people about needing picture proof so I can claim warranty on the product if anything goes wrong - obviously I wasn't going to buy the product but I was going to RMA with their pictures.
So done this quite a lot and ive probably been reported for scamming etc. Curious if the punishment is having an account muted or silenced as I have received no replies (when I should have). Thought the account would just be banned.

Try to message your new account with your old one to see if the message arrives.
Is your first message to the sellers that you want pictures + SN or are you trying to build up a conversation?

Whatever the case may be, they have an obligation to respond.

I assume you're messaging via email? If so, have you repeatedly requested your claim be dealt with? Moreover, have you escalated your case through their Resolution Center?

I havent messaged ebay about it at all yet but I will, just curious if they were shadow banned or something. Gonna message each account on different accounts to see if they are.

They've obviously received your replies, so If they were to take action against your account, they would've done so already and not leave It active just for the sake of It.
