Logitech - No product Found With Given Serial Number #1
I was trying to use the serial number of a G900 mouse I have SEd from Logitech a few months ago.
When I was trying to create a ticket and put the serial number of the mouse I got the following message:
"No Product Found With Given Serial Number"

Do you think they manually removed it from the system for some reason?
Or you think it's some kind of random error?

RE: Logitech - No product Found With Given Serial Number #2
Most likely the serial Is Invalid.

Check your Private Messages. I've sent you three serials for the G900 Chaos Spectrum Professional Grade Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse.

It was taken by a real mouse that I have in my house.

No wonder It didn't work. Don't take It off a real mouse, but rather the Logitech mouse.

Jokes aside, are you sure you entered It correctly when creating a ticket?  The error message you've described, Is exactly what's generated when an Invalid serial Is entered. As per the Image below, I've purposed done just that by changing a few chars from a valid serial.

I assume you've only tried It when creating a ticket.

Try It on their official site and see If It comes up.

I tried again and it worked.
I must have put O instead of 0 or something like that. lol

Hence my Initial question above:
Quote:are you sure you entered It correctly when creating a ticket?

I've dealt with Logitech countless times and the error message you received, Is consistent with an Incorrect/Invalid serial number. The main thing Is, you've Identified the error and It's working.

RE: Logitech - No product Found With Given Serial Number #9
Hey, I know this topic is old but I have the same problem. I used YT to find serials for G903 and I wrote them correctly on official logitech site. It's still saying that no product found. I used multiple S/N's from videos that are from this year and also have 20-5000 views. Still the same problem. I started SE and after giving the rep some fresh SN that logi couldn't verify, he said that there should be 8 instead of 9 at the end. So i told him that I typo that and now there's troubleshooting part.
