Amazon "Incident report" after a couple DNA's? #1
Every once in a while I use DNA on some items on amazon, I also use some other methods to get returnless refunds / partial refunds on there, but i buy a lot of items without se'ing at all. recently I did it on a pair of wireless earbuds( 60gbp) (that was in a package with a second item, 80gpbp) No OTP. and they told me to wait to see if I get it still, so i messaged again and they told me i'd receive an email from someone at amazon,

They sent me this email

We apologize that you haven’t received your item from order (number here)

What should I say? Does this mean my account is burnt or is it just a scare tactic or something?

As long as you haven't hit an excessive amount of DNAs, you'll be fine.

They've opened an Investigation, and require the said Information to move forward with the claim.

Make sure you say no with question 6, for obvious reasons.

Lately, incident reports are becoming more frequent. It's usually fine and standard procedure.

^ This.

To be honest, I don't know why they're asking that question to begin with. They can simply refer to their records.
