240Hz Monitor SE #1
Hi guys, Im thinking about getting a 240hz monitor but honestly dont really have the money for it. If anyone could explain what I should be doing, what to say etc would be much appreciated - I did use serial numbers & warranty with logitech few years ago for all sorts of stuff however was extremely simple and I take its not so easy with amazon.

I gather I should probably order from amazon - I have an account thats been used for 3 years+ and had around 50k in orders most likely so highly trusted, and as far as I know ive never refunded anything on it.

Im guessing its quite straight forward however I dont want to mess anything up lol.
thanks

Given you're confident with Logitech, why change to Amazon?

I remember that Logitech became much more difficult for warranty claims. However I am now trying again with Logitech - I have received this response and wonder how I should go about it?

Having a little more information about the issue you are facing will help me evaluate and get the issue resolved faster. Hence, I kindly request you to provide the following information in order to help you further:

- Brief summary of the issue
- Copy of the proof of purchase (scan or photograph the receipt or invoice)
- Serial number on the device ending with 8 (S/N) (Directly from the device, not from the product packaging):
- Country
- Pictures of the Issue

Obviously I am confident with the summary of the issue - I could probably get an image of the device with S/N on and obviously country. However before I used to generate an amazon receipt for POP but I am guessing if I do this they will say go through it with amazon - what should I do for this? do I try and make a Logitech receipt or something? Also for pictures of the Issue I guess I could maybe say I currently have no way of doing this or something? @mothered

So far so good as of now - I have a logitech superlight im going warranty claim as I actually have the mouse, just seeing how the support team act. obviously as I have it I should be fine. Send in video proof of the mouse with SN attached obviously. And I have said I currently cannot get any pictures or recording of the issue.

Will see how it goes through emails with other tickets - these tickets are generated S/N. Dont have the most faith with these. Planning on ringing logitech support team outside of the UK to endorse my claim to the logitech team in the UK -hoping it skips some bullshit?

just putting this out here for anyone interested :p

Records are kept of all communications relating to claims but hopefully the rep you speak with, doesn't refer to previous happenings.

Your friends may've messed up the SE somewhere or perhaps dealt with a stubborn rep that wouldn't budge, hence It's not an Indication that It won't work for you.

They've basically accepted the fact that the product Is defective and because It's still under warranty, there's no Issue with the claim.

Please reply when you receive their response.

So havent responded on whats happened for a while. Ive done quite a lot since

The logitech warranty claim has come through - the guy basically asked for me to show the SN. I didnt even show a proof of purchase I just spoke to him like I was dodging it & getting angry at them taking a while to respond (which they did) and in the end I think he basically just went, fuck it i can be bothered to deal with this lol. So yeah thats being shipped.

I have also started an SE on Razor - This seems to have gone well. To me so far it seems razor could possibly be the easiest to claim, They dont really care to much and when they ask for proof of destruction etc, they dont really check over it either. I said basically my keyboard is completely defective, showed a video of it looking like it was plugged in when it barely wasnt - well ye u get the message. Looks like this has gone through anyway as they have now said this is sufficient evidence and asked for shipping.

I have proof from some guy on ebay of a Boom 3 Speaker - SN on the device etc even a video of audio playing on it which I think ill just edit and make it static - and then try and SE with this proof. Just submitted a ticket for this anyways but this is still on going

Also claimed by Airpods which seems to of gone smoothly - requested I return the product for repair but said im self isolating, he then kind of ignored that and asked for my shipping details so I guess thats ok?

All ok so far tho.
