My friend and myself did FTID on amazon on our accounts awhile back before we found these forums showing the flaws of this method and I think that it has come to bite us back.
Today my friend received a email from amazon with this:
---
Hello,

We are writing about the number of problems you have experienced with your orders. Your correspondence with us shows you have requested multiple refunds. The majority of these have been for packages which were not returned to us. The details of such orders are as follows.
---
With the items that were TFID listed under. However thats basically all the email said, there was no mention of returning the items again. Just basically saying we didn't receive these returns and thats it. Both of us have not done any refunds since and have constantly been purchasing from Amazon legitly.

Has anyone seen this before? Should we do anything? or just wait and see what happens as the email doesn't even say please return the items
I am concerned for myself as I also did a TFID around the same time but haven't received this email.

For future reference, don't use the flawed so-called FTID garbage.

Did the tracking show that It was delivered, but they did not physically receive the goods?

The details of such orders are as follows.

However thats basically all the email said

Was there anything at all mentioned towards the bottom of the page, or to contact them for further details?

We have stopped refunding amz completely after that as we used FTID multiple times in the past like maybe 2-3 times each (way before we knew about how risky it was)
The tracking was shown as delivered - thats how we got the refunds, by contacting support after it was delivered and they manually refunded. We sent back empty packages with modified return/sender address but I guess they might've reprinted the labels

This was the only thing at the bottom after listing the items that weren't returned:
"We want to do what we can to ensure that you are happy with your Amazon shopping experience. If you have any questions regarding this email, please reply to this email."

Buy a couple legitimate orders on said account, and don't touch it for a while. Stop using FTID as it sucks. Amazon has clearly caught on to your SEing, but it looks like they only gave you a warning. Move onto another company for now.

Yep, no more refunds period for both of us. We have both been buying off amazon regularly for legit orders. Just scared they might rebill or something along the lines

Your SEing was obviously excessive, hence suspicion was raised with Amazon.

I wasn't aware of that - they didn't clearly Indicate that you've been refunded.

Going by their message below, they've stated you've "requested" refunds and not received.

A lot of carriers tend to reprint labels, DHL being one of many.

You've killed the account with the flawed so-called FTID.

I wouldn't bother contacting them.

Most of these types of emails are automated when a customer has too many refunds. Any more refunds, even legitimate ones, then it's highly likely you're getting your account suspended. I highly recommend you to start working on a new stealth account.

As for rebilling I would highly recommend reporting your card as lost so you get a new card number.

We waited like 3 months and 5+ legit purchases inbetween each FTID but yeah, we did go overboard using the same method. That's why since then we haven't been refunding and only using it for legit purchases. The carrier was my local one, not DHL and we dropped it off in the street post boxes. We did get our refunds for the TFID and my friend got that email like 3months after the refund.

I just hope that this is a warning message and not a message of them rebilling

The above timing & purchases would've well and truly been fine with other traditional methods, but ultimately, It was the flawed FTID that alerted Amazon of suspicious behavior.

Understood. I've mentioned DHL purely as an example.

Without naming specifics, If the flawed FTID Is used with my work's carrier partner, It will fail 100% of the time - there are no Ifs, ands, or buts about It.

I just hope that this is a warning message and not a message of them rebilling

They've had ample time to rebill and If that's their Intention, I assume they would've done so by now, but It's hard to say for sure.

flawed so-called FTID garbage.

The amount you've denounced it, one must wonder why anyone would ever use this method. It seems like the most unsuccessful, out of all the ones discussed.
