Logitech have tightened their claims management a while back, and they've remained pretty stable with their degree of difficulty.

When It comes to dealing with their stubborn reps, they're probably on par with SteelSeries.

What method do you have In mind?

If It's purely by serial number, do expect to be hit with an array of requests- a commonality being a POD, particularly If It's a low value Item.

Your best bet is to dna them by opening a claim via ups and having that forwarded to them.

I did this with one of their keyboards, takes about 3 weeks.
