Email or call Hershey tell them you just purchased a 36ct Hershey chocolate box and they were all dry and chalky
If you need advice on what to tell them, look up bad Amazon reviews for the product.
They will ask for a UPC expire date and a POP. If you cause enough of a ruckus you can tell them you threw away the whole thing. And this happen yesterday
They should send out a prepaid card for your issue
