Is Amazon even liable for anything that happens from DNA's with OTP I can't seem to find anything on their policy.

The point Is, you're going to circumvent the need to provide the driver with the OTP, hence It's not part of the claim.

In doing so, It will work In your favor- namely for the fact that the driver should've complied with the Instructions to obtain the OTP prior to handing over the package. In short, he's at fault for not following protocol.

Definitely an unusual experience; I recommend calling Amazon and inquiring as to why your account needs otp authentication for orders.

My last purchase was a 13$ bottle of CalMag.

It was a legit purchase, I have only just carried out my first attempt at an SE since discovering this issue.

My account is years old and has plenty of legit purchases.

After trying a greater variation of items it appears that some items above 200$ will not ask for an OTP, but there are still quite a few which do.

If everything was fine beforehand, I'm quite confident that an Inconsistency In your SE triggered the need for an OTP.

Just to clarify things, Is the OTP not a requirement with each and every purchase, but rather only (various) Items valued over 200$?
