Whats the worst thing they could do? Can they get you reported to the cops for that?
Otherwise, just take that thing you ordered, and leave the account behind and let them ban it or whatever. And start a new one.

its a paypal claim, if you didnt do any refunds on that same paypal just send them anything and you will get money back. Also you can take the processor from its box and send the box back and this will be in check with ur story.

Some carriers only record weight internally and wont show it on the tracking page, so you should be fine.
If you want to be extra safe simply use Adobe Acrobat and edit the 10.00 to 0.1
After the return gets delivered contact paypal and provide them the tracking number and a picture of the shipping label. If you do decide to edit the 10.00 to 0.1 as mentioned above, make sure you show paypal the original 10.00 label.
But in all honestly you don't need to edit the label as people make mistakes when creating a pre paid label all the time. Just because it has 10.00 on it it doesn't mean it has to weigh that.

Exactly, and there's many excuses you can use, including their scales are wrong to providing paypal a copy of your drop off receipt (you will need to make sure the receipt shows 10kg/lb)
