I've been telling dispatch in uber eats and grub that i've been getting sick from the food but my venmo/apple pay is getting canceled now. Is there any bypass?

it would say the payment method (chase) isn't authorized to make purchases

Did they specify a reason?

I'm just trying to establish what's responsible for the transaction being declined.

I would use any form of payment and it would say
"unfortunately, your order cannot be processed at this time. Any cc authorization hold should disappear from your account summary within 24 hours."

Was this also the case using different accounts?

Most likely you're device banned

Uber eats can be ordered on their website to bypass this. You can get a new number from http://onlinesim.ru

You can also dispute Uber eats on Paypal, they don't respond to claims

Further to @synriz's post above, they've linked your device with subsequent accounts.

For future reference, be sure to change "every Identifiable detail" with events of this nature.

Ok I had a similar issue with Uber Eats, they ended up blocking my account but after a back and forth with their customer service on Twitter they restored it.

- Using a VCC is forbidden by uber, they want a real CC. Even with a gift card, they will want a real CC along with it.
- If you are using Uber Eat on some android phones, you might get a temporary ban.
- Using the same delivery address of any other account might flag your account.
- If you used your phone with a previous account and let's say, uninstall the app and created a new account. They will link you to the previous account because somehow they keep the device ID when using the mobile app.

When they restored my account, the next delivery I had to give the delivery guy a pin from the app to confirm that I'm the one that made the order. Hope this will help.
