Refund Question - Desk #1
ordered a desk, it comes in 2 parts, with tracking, its from a small company, cant do eb, im guessing its too heavy. DNA might not work, as they are 2 items. What should i do? cant think of any methods, if i say its damaged, they will just say to ask the courier. Partial refund would be weird, as why would i want a desk with only one part?

desk is 130cmx60x?
idk legs width, probs heavy, they are long.

not possible to SE right?

wrong item wont work.

You can try to photoshop very well a damage and ask for a compensation, Since you want to keep it but it has this flaw, you bought it because yours broke and you cannot afford to run out of a table at home and therefore you prefer not to go through the situation of having to return it and have another one sent to you. Might work..

their terms say to just contact the courier and make a claim, and they arent responsible for any damage at all.

It's quite obvious It Is way too heavy.

The DNA Is the most suitable method.

Is that what's clearly stated for "goods lost In transit?".

If so, please provide a snippet of their terms stating the above.

If you're in the UK - tell them its your rights as a consumer .

It is their responsibility to rectify the situation. This is regardless of whether it was the courier or delivery driver who caused the damage.

The case where you would have to contact the courier is only when the purchase is made with an individual.
